Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Design Engineer with expertise in designing HVAC systems for pharmaceutical, cleanroom and Industrial Facilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop HVAC system concepts, load calculations, and equipment selection for pharma manufacturing, cleanroom, and laboratory facilities.
2. Prepare heat load, psychrometric, and airflow calculations using industry software (e.g., HAP, Carrier, Trace, etc.).
3. Design and detail Air Handling Units (AHUs), ducts, chillers, ventilation systems, and filtration units in line with cleanroom classifications (ISO 14644 / GMP).
4. Ensure proper zoning, air changes per hour (ACH), pressure cascades, and environmental conditions per process requirements.
5. Prepare detailed engineering drawings and layouts (schematics, P&IDs, ducting, and plant room layouts).
6. Select and size HVAC components and accessories (HEPA filters, dampers, diffusers, ducting, valves, etc.).
