Job Overview
Boba Nation Grand is looking for a driven and results-oriented Franchise Development Manager to lead franchise growth across India. This role focuses on franchise sales, lead generation, business development, and relationship management to help expand the Boba Nation brand nationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage franchise leads across India
- Conduct franchise presentations and discovery calls
- Build relationships with franchise partners, landlords, and brokers
- Develop strategies to meet franchise sales targets
- Maintain CRM records and weekly pipeline reports
- Support franchise expos, events, and expansion campaigns
- Research market trends and competitor activity
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in sales, business development, or franchise development
- Experience in Food & Beverage or franchise industry preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently remotely
- Proficient with CRM software, Google Workspace, Zoom, and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

Pay: ₹540,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
