Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Lead Generation: Making cold/warm calls to prospective clients, explaining product features/benefits, and closing sales deals.
- Customer Support: Answering inbound calls, resolving customer complaints, and providing information.
- Data Management: Maintaining and updating database records of customer information, call logs, and follow-ups.
- Relationship Management: Building rapport with customers and performing follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
- Adherence: Following call scripts, company policies, and sales procedures.
