Job Overview
Ambedkar Academy is hiring a dual-role Academic Counsellor and Sales Executive. You will drive admissions for our premier TNPSC online and offline courses. This role combines tele-sales, academic counselling, and basic batch administration.Key Responsibilities
- Tele-Counselling: Call leads to pitch TNPSC online and offline courses.
- Sales Conversion: Guide aspirants, resolve queries, and close admissions.
- Target Achievement: Meet weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
- Batch Management: Maintain student databases, batch schedules, and fee records.
- Admin Support: Coordinate student onboarding and track daily sales reports.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Any Graduate (interest in the competitive exam sector is a plus).
- Experience: 1–3 years in tele-sales, ed-tech, or academic counselling.
- Languages: Fluent Tamil (mandatory) and basic English.
- Skills: Strong communication, convincing skills, and basic MS Excel knowledge.
- Traits: High energy, result-oriented, and patient with student queries.
