Key Responsibilities Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office, and standard applications Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues Handle user queries and provide timely resolutions (onsite/remote) Basic knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, IP configuration, routers, switches) Assist in network troubleshooting and connectivity issues Manage system updates, antivirus, and security patches Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements .
