Job description:
Job Title: Technician (Solar O&M)
Location: Thanjavur ( Punalkulam ) , Trichy ( Jambunathapuram )
Qualification:
- Diploma / ITI in Electrical, Electronics, Renewable Energy, or related field
- B.E / B.Tech (EEE / ECE / Renewable Energy) – preferred for Senior Technician
Experience:
- Technician: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Solar O&M
- Sr. Technician: 3–6 years of experience in Solar Plant Operations & Maintenance
- Experience in MW-scale rooftop or ground-mounted solar plants preferred
Key Skills:
- Preventive & corrective maintenance of solar power plants
- Inverter, string monitoring, and fault troubleshooting
- SCADA monitoring and performance analysis
- DC/AC electrical systems knowledge
- Breakdown handling and root cause analysis
- Understanding of safety standards and electrical compliance
- Site coordination and basic reporting/documentation
