We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Fresher Sales Executives to join our B2B calling team. The ideal candidate should be confident, target-driven, and eager to grow in a fast-paced sales environment.
* Key Responsibilities
* Make 70–100 outbound B2B calls daily
* Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline
* Perform regular follow-ups with prospects
* Convert leads into business opportunities
* Handle basic sales coordination & documentation
* Maintain daily reports and track performance
* Candidate Requirements
* Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
* Freshers are welcome
* Good communication in Hindi & English
* Comfortable with calling and achieving targets
* Strong persuasion skills & positive attitude
* Ready for immediate joining
