Job Purpose:
To maintain the all cold and freezer room without any breakdown as per PM Schedule
Principal Accountabilities
To operate the refrigeration equipment’s as per SOP
To follow all safety standards.
To ensure the cleanliness of all work areas.
To take reading for cold room, freezer and IQF unit temperature and electrical unit
consumption.
To maintain the critical spars.
To raise the PR for Spars and Service work
Daily consumable material to do the reservation in SAP
To Supervising another vendor works in the plant
Key Interactions
Internal – Production, QA, Audit, store, hygiene, Hr, Purchase and despatch department.
External – Other plant, Equipment service vendors.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Educational qualifications: ITI (Refrigeration), DME (Diploma) and BE (Mechanical)
- Relevant experience: Food industry
Additional requirement:
- Knowledge in SAP is preferable
- 5s knowledge.
- ISO documentation Knowledge.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
