We are looking for RCM Specialists / Associates to join our US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management team. We are hiring Freshers, 0–2 years, and experienced professionals with exposure to US Medical Billing and RCM.
The role may involve Payment Posting, AR Follow-up, Denial Management, Prior Authorization, Eligibility & Benefits Verification, Claims Submission, Claims Follow-up, Charge Entry, and Payment Reconciliation.
Candidates should have a basic understanding of US Healthcare, medical billing, insurance processes, EOB/ERA, CPT/HCPCS, ICD-10, Medicare/Medicaid, and commercial payers. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, communication skills, and the ability to work with high-volume processes are essential.
Freshers with an interest in building a career in US Healthcare RCM are welcome to apply. Candidates with 0–2 years or 2+ years of relevant experience in Medical Billing, Payment Posting, AR, Denials, Prior Authorization, Claims, or end-to-end RCM will be preferred.
