Job Responsibilities:
- Operate Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines efficiently and safely.
- Perform machine setup, tool setting, and offset correction.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and process sheets.
- Inspect machined components using measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, and Height Gauge.
- Ensure production quality as per specifications.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and follow preventive maintenance practices.
- Follow all safety and company procedures.
Requirements:
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or relevant field preferred.
- Experience in VMC machine operation.
- Knowledge of Fanuc controller will be an advantage.
- Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments.
- Responsible, disciplined, and quality-focused.
