About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Physician (MBBS) to join FOXO and help shape a more proactive, personalised approach to healthcare focused on prevention and longevity.
As a Senior Physician, you will work with members across their health journey, using clinical expertise, health data and diagnostic insights to assess health risks, manage complex cases and develop personalised, evidence-based interventions.
Beyond member care, you will contribute to strengthening FOXO's clinical frameworks, protocols and standards, while working closely with nutrition, coaching, science and product teams to continuously improve the member experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead comprehensive clinical assessments for members, including medical history, lifestyle, health goals and relevant clinical indicators.
- Review and interpret health and diagnostic data to identify health risks, clinical priorities and opportunities for intervention.
- Manage complex member cases and exercise sound independent clinical judgement within applicable medical standards and protocols.
- Develop and review personalised, evidence-based health recommendations and interventions.
- Conduct one-on-one consultations and communicate clinical findings and recommendations clearly to members.
- Monitor member progress, evaluate response to interventions and recommend appropriate changes based on evolving health data and clinical needs.
- Identify cases requiring specialist consultation, further investigation or clinical escalation and guide members appropriately.
- Collaborate with nutrition, coaching, science and product teams to ensure coordinated and consistent member care.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of clinical protocols, care pathways, assessment frameworks and quality standards.
- Support clinical case reviews, knowledge sharing and mentoring of other physicians within the team.
- Maintain high standards of clinical documentation, member safety, professional ethics and regulatory compliance.
- Identify opportunities to improve FOXO's clinical processes and contribute to building scalable models of preventive and longevity healthcare.
What We’re Looking For:
- MBBS degree with a valid medical registration/license.
- 5+ years of relevant clinical experience.
- Strong clinical assessment and independent medical decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex cases and making evidence-based clinical recommendations.
- Ability to interpret medical, diagnostic and health data and translate insights into actionable interventions.
- Strong understanding of patient/member safety, clinical documentation and professional standards.
- Experience working with EHR or digital health systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with members.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across clinical and non-clinical teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment with a strong ownership mindset.
What Will Make You Stand Out:
- Experience in preventive health, lifestyle medicine, NCD management, metabolic health or related areas.
- Additional certification, fellowship or formal training in Lifestyle Medicine, NCD Management, Functional Medicine or a related field.
- Experience working with advanced diagnostics, health data or digital health platforms.
- Experience developing or improving clinical protocols, care pathways or quality standards.
- Experience mentoring junior physicians or leading clinical case reviews.
- Exposure to multidisciplinary healthcare delivery models.
- Strong interest in longevity, preventive healthcare and personalised health.
- Ability to simplify complex medical concepts and communicate them effectively to members and cross-functional teams.
