Responsibilities:
- Perform hands-on manual testing, including exploratory, regression, and release validation testing, where automation is not yet available or appropriate.
- Define and evangelize standards and best practices for manual, integration, UI, and performance testing.
- Collaborate with developers during feature design to ensure testability, acceptance criteria clarity, and early defect discovery.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines and cloud execution environments.
- 4+ years’ hands on experience in AWS cloud native environment with EC2, Automated Scaling Groups, Lambda, AWS Batch, CloudWatch, S3, RDS and CloudFormation.
- 3+ years of experience designing and building automation frameworks using Python or JavaScript, including CI/CD integration and cloud-hosted execution.
- 3+ experience with UI and integration test frameworks like Playwright or Slenenium.
- Proven experience with manual testing techniques, including exploratory testing, test case design, regression testing, and defect triage using agile tools like Jira and Xray.
- 2+ experience with performance and load testing tools like Locust.
- 1+ year of hands-on experience leveraging AI-assisted development or testing tools (e.g., Claude, OpenAI, Copilot).
