- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve company revenue and growth objectives.
- Identify, research, and generate new business opportunities in Corporate Offices, IT Parks, Manufacturing Units, Commercial Buildings, Healthcare, Educational Institutions, Residential Townships, and Industrial Facilities.
- Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients, corporate customers, consultants, and channel partners.
- Lead the complete sales cycle from lead generation to proposal submission, commercial negotiations, and successful closure of contracts.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business discussions to promote Integrated Facility Management (IFM), Soft Services, Hard Services, Technical Services, and Specialized Facility Solutions.
- Prepare customized technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
- Coordinate with the Operations, Technical, and Transition teams for site surveys, facility assessments, snag audits, and solution planning.
- Present snag audit reports and value-added facility management solutions to prospective clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while maintaining profitability.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, CRM records, forecasts, and MIS reports.
- Participate in industry events, networking meetings, and business forums to enhance brand visibility and generate new business.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and effective relationship management.
