Data to Insight is looking for a passionate Zoho Developer (Team Lead) who enjoys building business solutions rather than just writing code. We believe the best solutions come from understanding business processes first and technology second.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize applications using the Zoho platform.
- Build automation and business workflows using Deluge.
- Customize and integrate Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and Zoho Creator.
- Develop client-specific business solutions based on process requirements.
- Design scalable data models and application architecture.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into effective solutions.
- Lead implementation tasks and mentor junior developers where required.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing Zoho applications.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Zoho development.
- Strong expertise in Deluge scripting.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript.
- Hands-on customization experience with:
- Zoho CRM
- Zoho Books
- Zoho Creator
- Good understanding of application architecture and data modelling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Preferred Profile
- Understanding of business processes and workflow automation.
- Ability to recommend functional solutions, not just technical implementations.
- Experience with Zoho integrations and APIs is an added advantage.
- A proactive learner who enjoys solving business problems through technology.
