Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in client servicing or account management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to understand client needs and provide effective solutions
- Experience in coordinating with design, content, marketing, and technical teams
- Strong problem-solving, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
- Good understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media, Google Ads, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Excellent time management, negotiation, and presentation skills
Role & Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams
- Understand client objectives and ensure timely, quality service delivery
- Plan, manage, and track project timelines and deliverables
- Conduct regular follow-ups, meetings, and updates with clients
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction
- Coordinate with creative, technical, and marketing teams for smooth execution
- Handle client concerns, resolve issues, and ensure client expectations are met
- Provide performance reports and strategic suggestions to clients
