Team Leader for our 3PL / Quick Commerce operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in warehouse operations, last-mile logistics, manpower management, and team handling. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations while meeting productivity and SLA targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage warehouse associates, pickers, packers, and delivery executives.
- Ensure smooth inbound, outbound, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
- Monitor daily productivity and SLA performance.
- Handle manpower planning, attendance, shift roster, and team discipline.
- Track KPIs such as order fulfillment, dispatch TAT, productivity, and inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate with Hub Manager, Cluster Manager, and Client Operations Team.
- Conduct daily team briefings and on-the-job training.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure SOP compliance.
- Prepare daily MIS reports using MS Excel.
- Drive continuous improvement in operational performance.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in 3PL, Logistics, E-commerce, Warehouse, or Quick Commerce.
- Experience in team handling is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of warehouse and last-mile operations.
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, MIS).
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
