Site Supervisor (Diploma Civil – Fresher)
Job Responsibilities
- Assist senior site supervisors in the execution and monitoring of construction/interior projects.
- Supervise daily site activities under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Read and understand architectural and shop drawings and assist in executing work accordingly.
- Monitor workmanship and report any quality issues to the reporting manager.
- Coordinate with workers, contractors, and suppliers for smooth site operations.
- Maintain daily site progress reports and attendance records.
- Verify basic site measurements and assist in material planning.
- Ensure materials are properly stored and utilized to minimize wastage.
- Follow company quality standards and safety procedures.
- Report site issues, delays, and material shortages promptly.
- Assist during project inspections and final handover activities.
- Be willing to travel to different project sites and learn all aspects of site execution.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kodungallur, Kerala (680667)
