Equipment Installation & Commissioning: Execute installation, commissioning, and startup of color sorters and related equipment at client sites.
- Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Conduct scheduled maintenance and resolve breakdowns to ensure continuous equipment functionality
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose technical problems and provide effective on-site solutions
- Service Reporting: Submit service reports and maintain accurate job documentation for each customer visit
- Customer Support: Provide both on-site and remote technical assistance to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Documentation & Feedback: Keep service records updated, report recurring issues, and contribute to service improvement initiatives
- Adherence to Safety Standards: Comply with all company and industry safety protocols
- CRM Updates: Maintain service records and customer interactions in the CRM system
- Additional Responsibilities: Carry out other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
