Role Overview
Lead large-scale technology programs, service delivery engagements, Agile transformations, and enterprise project portfolios. Responsible for end-to-end project governance, budgeting, stakeholder management, delivery excellence, risk management, and Scrum leadership across global teams.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end project and program delivery including planning, budgeting, execution, and governance.
Lead Agile/Scrum teams, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
Drive service delivery excellence, KPI/SLA management, forecasting, and operational governance.
Manage stakeholder relationships, executive reporting, audits, UAT planning, and RCA activities.
Lead transition, transformation, and change management initiatives.
Establish delivery standards, quality processes, and knowledge management frameworks.
Govern ITIL Change Management processes including risk assessment, CAB coordination, and implementation reviews.
Mentor project managers, Scrum teams, and technical delivery teams.
