Job Role
We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager with strong expertise in paid advertising, campaign optimization, analytics, and lead generation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing high-budget campaigns across multiple digital platforms and delivering measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- YouTube Ads
- Display & Remarketing Campaigns
- Generate high-quality leads and maximize ROI through data-driven strategies.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently and improve CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword planning.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and prepare performance reports.
- Implement A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and ad copies.
- Coordinate with the design and content team for ad creatives and marketing assets.
- Track website traffic, user behavior, and conversions using:
- Google Analytics
- Google Tag Manager
- Meta Pixel
- Conversion Tracking Tools
- Develop retargeting and funnel strategies to improve lead nurturing.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and advertising policies.
- Work closely with sales and management teams to achieve business growth targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of proven experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Media.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Analytics
- Google Tag Manager
- Excellent understanding of:
- Lead Generation
- Conversion Optimization
- Funnel Marketing
- Retargeting Strategies
- Campaign Scaling
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Experience in handling monthly ad budgets and performance targets.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Ads is an added advantage.
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency or tech company preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking ability.
