Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Technical Trainer who can deliver high-quality training sessions and help students or professionals build strong technical skills. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of modern technologies and the ability to explain concepts in a simple and engaging way.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions on technologies like:
- Web Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js)
- Programming (Java, Python, etc.)
- Create structured training modules and course content
- Guide students in real-time projects and assignments
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback
- Conduct assessments, quizzes, and mock interviews
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and tools
- Support students in career guidance and placement preparation
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of:
- JavaScript / React / Node.js / MongoDB (MERN Stack preferred)
- Good understanding of backend & frontend development
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts
- Experience with live project training
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or related field
- 1–3+ years of experience as a Technical Trainer / Developer
- Freshers with strong knowledge can also apply
Preferred Skills
- Experience with real-world projects
- Knowledge of Git & GitHub
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Firebase, etc.)
- Prior teaching/training experience
