Sabine Hospital & Research Centre Pvt Ltd is a premier healthcare facility and a leading centre for infertility treatment. We are Hiring skilled and experienced Staff Nurse to join our dynamic Nursing team. The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centred nursing care in critical care and specialty areas including Operation Theatre (OT), Emergency Room (ER), Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), and Labour Room.
Immediate joiners are preferred
Qualifications:
- Education: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing
- License: Registered Nurse & Midwife with the Kerala Nursing Council (KNC)
- Experience: Minimum 1 -6 years of experience in a reputed hospital
- Preferred: Prior experience in specific area
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong clinical and emergency handling skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
- Knowledge of critical care nursing and obstetric-neonatal protocols
- Decision making capability
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in OT, ER, NICU, and Labour Room as per clinical protocols and hospital standards
- Assist doctors during surgeries, emergency interventions, deliveries, and neonatal care
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of nursing notes, charts, and patient records
- Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and support staff for seamless patient care
- Follow hospital policies, safety guidelines, and statutory compliance requirements
