About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in managing day-to-day operations, communication, scheduling, and coordination. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, professional, and capable of handling confidential information efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior executives
- Coordinate internal and external communication on behalf of leadership
- Prepare reports, presentations, MOMs, and other business documents
- Handle stakeholder coordination and follow-ups across teams
- Maintain confidential records and ensure smooth office operations
- Support in event planning, vendor coordination, and administrative tasks
- Track priorities, deadlines, and assist in execution of strategic initiatives
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Founder’s Office Associate, or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- High level of professionalism and discretion

- Experience working with startup founders or senior leadership
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
