Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students through the admission process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and counselling skills, be target-oriented, and passionate about helping students choose the right course.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.
- Handle enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions using CRM or Excel.
- Assist students with the application and documentation process.
- Achieve monthly admission and enrollment targets.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for a smooth admission process.
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional events when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in admission counselling, education sales, or customer service (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
