Job Summary:
The Sales & Service Engineer is responsible for handling sales activities, providing technical support, and maintaining good customer relationships. The role includes generating business, supporting customers, handling service issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Visit customers and provide product information and technical support.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
- Handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order and service execution.
- Conduct product demonstrations and service support when required.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales and service reports.
- Support installation, inspection, and troubleshooting activities.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Experience in Sales or Service Engineering preferred.
- Good communication and technical skills.
- Basic knowledge of industrial valves and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to solve problems and work with teams.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
