Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system processes and workflows to enhance overall efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through complex issues.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to SAP CO Management Accounting processes.
- Experience in diagnosing and resolving issues within integrated business systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management practices.
