We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, patient, and responsible Pre-Primary Teacher to join our preschool team. The ideal candidate should genuinely enjoy working with young children and be able to create a safe, happy, and engaging learning environment.
The teacher should have good phonics knowledge and teaching skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively with children and parents. Creativity, patience, and a nurturing approach towards children are essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and conduct engaging, age-appropriate classroom activities.
* Teach foundational concepts through play-based and activity-based learning.
* Develop children’s early literacy, numeracy, communication, and social skills.
* Implement phonics activities effectively.
* Maintain a positive, safe, and well-organized classroom environment.
* Encourage children to participate, express themselves, and develop confidence.
* Communicate professionally with parents regarding children’s learning and development.
* Participate in school events, activities, and celebrations.
Required Qualifications
* Minimum: Graduation in any stream.
* Good command of English.
* Strong phonics knowledge and understanding of early childhood education.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patient, caring, and nurturing personality.
* Ability to work well with young children.
Experience
* Prior experience as a preschool/pre-primary teacher will be an added advantage.
* Freshers with the right attitude, communication skills, and passion for teaching may also be considered.
