Senior Engineer – Civil

Experience Required: 10+ years
Lead execution of civil construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
● Oversee day-to-day civil construction activities including structural, RCC, and finishing works.
● Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, manpower, and material resources.
● Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
● Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
● Guide and mentor junior engineers and site staff.
● Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.
● Ensure compliance with safety regulations and statutory requirements at site.
● Prepare and review progress reports, DPRs, and site documentation.
Requirements
● B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
● 10+ years of experience in civil construction, preferably in building/infrastructure projects.
● Strong knowledge of civil engineering practices, codes, and standards.
● Proficiency in reading structural/architectural drawings and project scheduling tools.
● Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
