Job Summary:
The Front Office Executive is the first point of contact for visitors and clients. This role involves managing the reception area, handling inquiries, providing administrative support, and ensuring a positive and professional experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Manage the reception area and maintain a clean, organized environment
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, courier, packages)
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as required
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
- Provide basic information to clients and direct them to the appropriate departments
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff for office upkeep
- Handle office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred)
- Proven experience as a front desk representative, receptionist, or similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to handle pressure and remain calm in busy situations
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
