Data Analyst
Skyler Company is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to manage, analyze, and interpret sales, production, and inventory data across our uPVC, aluminum window, and modular kitchen divisions. The role aims to support business growth by providing insights that improve efficiency, forecasting, and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect and analyze data related to sales, production, costing, and inventory for uPVC, aluminum windows, and modular kitchen products.
Track project timelines, order statuses, dispatch schedules, and installation progress.
Develop dashboards and reports for management using Excel, Power BI, or other analytical tools.
Identify trends in customer demand, product performance, and pricing.
Monitor vendor data, material consumption, wastage, and procurement requirements.
Provide data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure accuracy of CRM data and coordinate with internal teams to maintain data quality.
Support management with forecasting, planning, and performance analysis.
Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Dashboard creation. App Script, Conditional Formatting , data validation and advance excel formulas ).
Working experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
Basic understanding of CRM systems used in manufacturing or interior industries.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Graduation in any stream Preferred Computer science
Knowledge of production workflows, BOQ analysis, and costing.
Experience:
1–2 years of experience in data analysis or MIS reporting (can be adjusted as needed).
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
