Job Title: Station Support Associate (SSA)
Location: Doiwala Delivery Station, Dehradun
Department: Operations / Last Mile Logistics
Reporting To: Station Manager / Shift In-Charge
Job Summary
The Station Support Associate is responsible for supporting daily delivery station operations by ensuring smooth parcel movement, assisting delivery associates, maintaining operational records, and ensuring timely dispatch of shipments. The role requires coordination with warehouse staff, delivery partners, and station management to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, scan, sort, and organize inbound shipments.
- Assist in loading and unloading packages from delivery vehicles.
- Ensure accurate package scanning using handheld devices.
- Support timely dispatch of orders to delivery associates.
- Monitor package flow and resolve shipment-related issues.
- Coordinate with delivery associates regarding route allocation and package handover.
- Verify shipment counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Update operational records and reports in the system.
- Assist in maintaining station cleanliness, safety, and 5S standards.
- Escalate operational issues to the Station Manager when required.
- Support daily operational targets, including dispatch timelines and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety guidelines.
- Handle customer or delivery partner queries professionally when required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email).
- Ability to operate barcode scanners or handheld devices.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Physically fit to handle warehouse activities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in logistics, warehouse, courier, or e-commerce operations.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Working Conditions
- Rotational shifts (Day/Night).
- Standing and walking for extended periods.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
