Digital Marketing Executive to lead our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel digital campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and course enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute result-driven performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Drive lead generation through paid and organic channels
- Manage and optimize SEO strategy and implement best practices
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and HubSpot
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on KPIs, ROI, and lead performance
- Collaborate with content and design teams for campaign creatives
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and platform updates
- Communicate effectively in English and Malayalam to coordinate with cross-functional teams
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of Lead Generation, SEO, and Performance Marketing
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools
- Solid understanding of conversion funnels and customer journeys
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English & Malayalam
- Ability to manage time, campaigns, and budgets efficiently
