Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently through phone, email, or chat.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chats.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
Meet daily/weekly performance targets and service level agreements (SLAs).
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software preferred).
Patience and a customer-first attitude.
Ability to work in rotational shifts (if required).
Qualifications: Minimum: 12th Pass or Graduate in any stream.
Experience: 1–3 years in customer service, call center, or telecalling.
