Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-end recruitment of seafarers
* Handling crew documentation, compliance & certification
* Coordinating interviews, joining formalities & vessel allocation
* Maintaining crew database and follow-ups with seafarers
* Managing training, appraisals & re-employment planning
Requirements:
* 0–2 years of experience in maritime recruitment
* Strong knowledge of seafarer documentation & compliance
* Good communication and coordination skills
