Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior management.
- Screen phone calls, emails, and other communications.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes of meetings (MOM).
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential documents and maintain records with discretion.
- Organize meetings, conferences, and business events.
- Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and action items assigned by management.
- Maintain office files, documents, and correspondence records.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports and business-related documentation.
- Perform general administrative and executive support duties.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA or relevant certification preferred.
- Additional certification in office administration will be an advantage.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Coordinator.
- Experience supporting senior management or directors preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
