Develop audience targeting strategies based on buyer personas, firmographics, and intent signals.

Optimize campaign performance to improve MQLs, CPL, ROAS, and pipeline contribution.

Manage conversion tracking using GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and related analytics tools.

Work closely with Sales teams to improve lead quality and lead-to-opportunity conversion rates.

Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, messaging, and audience segments.

Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights through regular reporting.
