We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Highway Design Engineer to lead our civil design team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in land development, land surveying, and road & highway design.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management:
-
Act as a primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.

Manage client communication, expectations, and deliverables.

Participate in client meetings and provide technical inputs.
Land Development & Surveying:
-
Lead site development projects including grading, earthwork, and infrastructure planning.

Oversee surface modelling, grading design, and cut-fill analysis.
-
Guide teams in handling and integrating land survey data into design workflows.
Road & Highway Design:
-
Lead roadway and highway design including alignments, profiles, and corridor modelling.

Oversee intersection design and complex roadway elements.
-
Ensure compliance with applicable design standards.
Technical Oversight:
-
Provide expertise in Civil 3D for advanced modelling and design tasks.

Ensure preparation of high-quality construction drawings and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (BE/B.Tech – Civil).

2–6 years of experience in civil designing.
-
Strong experience in Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
-
Proven expertise in land development and site grading.
-
Hands-on experience in land surveying and survey data management.
-
Extensive experience in road and highway design, including alignments, corridors, and intersections.

Strong knowledge of surface modelling and cut-fill analysis.

Experience in client management, client coordination, and stakeholder communication.

Understanding of US/Canada civil design standards is preferred.
