Telemarketer – U.S. Consumer Sales
We are looking for an experienced Telemarketer to join our sales team. This role is focused on calling U.S. consumers, creating interest, qualifying prospects, and setting up the next step in the sales process.
The ideal candidate must have prior experience speaking with U.S. customers over the phone, strong English communication skills, confidence in outbound calling, and the ability to handle objections professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to U.S. consumers using provided leads and calling systems.
- Introduce the company’s products or services clearly and professionally.
- Qualify potential customers based on interest, need, eligibility, and basic requirements.
- Follow scripts while still sounding natural and conversational.
- Handle objections, questions, and basic concerns from prospects.
- Book appointments, transfers, callbacks, or follow-ups based on company process.
- Maintain accurate notes, call outcomes, and customer details in the CRM.
- Meet daily and weekly call, contact, and appointment-setting targets.
- Follow compliance guidelines when speaking with U.S. consumers.
- Work closely with the sales and operations team to improve lead quality and conversion.
Required Qualifications
- Prior telemarketing, outbound sales, appointment setting, or cold-calling experience is required.
- Experience calling U.S. consumers is strongly preferred.
- Strong spoken English with clear pronunciation and confidence.
- Ability to communicate in a professional, persuasive, and customer-friendly manner.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls every day.
- Ability to handle rejection and continue performing consistently.
- Basic CRM or dialer experience preferred.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and target-driven.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in U.S. sales campaigns, home services, solar, insurance, telecom, finance, real estate, or similar consumer-facing industries.
- Experience working with scripts, call dispositions, callbacks, and lead qualification.
- Experience working night shifts or U.S. business hours.

What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who is confident on the phone, understands how to speak with U.S. consumers, and knows how to create interest without sounding robotic. The right candidate should be disciplined, consistent, and able to turn conversations into qualified opportunities for the sales team.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
