Roles & Responsibilities :
· Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, printers, servers, and other hardware, ensuring maximum uptime and operational efficiency.
· Administer and support enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi, while ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performance connectivity.
· Configure, monitor, and maintain firewalls, routers, managed switches, and other network devices to ensure network security, stability, and optimal performance.
· Implement and enforce IT security policies, including user access management, endpoint protection, data security, backup strategies, and disaster recovery processes.
· Install, configure, and monitor CCTV systems and Wi-Fi cameras, ensuring proper surveillance coverage and timely issue resolution.
· Manage email platforms such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and hosted email services, including user administration, security, and troubleshooting.
· Oversee domain registration, DNS management, SSL certificates, and web hosting services to ensure seamless availability of business applications and websites.
· Administer Windows and Linux servers, including installation, configuration, performance monitoring, patch management, and system maintenance.
· Continuously monitor network and server performance, proactively identify potential issues, and implement solutions to improve reliability and efficiency.
· Maintain IT asset inventory, software licenses, and procurement records while coordinating with external vendors for hardware, software, and AMC support.
· Prepare and maintain IT documentation, including network diagrams, asset records, SOPs, policies, and disaster recovery documentation to support business continuity.
· Provide technical leadership to the IT team, manage escalated technical issues, support cross-functional departments, and drive continuous improvement in IT operations and service delivery.
· Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies, cybersecurity standards, software licensing requirements, and industry best practices.
· Evaluate and implement new technologies, automation tools, and IT process improvements to enhance productivity, scalability, and overall business operations.
Preferred Qualifications :
· Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux administration.
· Experience with networking (Switches, Routers, VPN, Firewall).
· Hands-on experience with Azure/AWS and Microsoft 365 administration.
· Knowledge of endpoint security solutions, backup tools, and virtualization.
· Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
