Job Summary
We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer with hands-on experience in Conveyor Systems. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving conveyor equipment used in material handling applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop belt conveyors, roller conveyors, chain conveyors, screw conveyors, etc.
- Prepare 2D & 3D CAD drawings, GA drawings, and fabrication drawings
- Select conveyor components such as motors, gearboxes, rollers, belts, chains, bearings
- Perform basic design calculations (load, speed, torque, power, belt tension)
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and installation teams
- Support site execution and resolve design-related issues
- Ensure designs meet customer requirements, safety standards, and industry norms
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Mandatory experience in Conveyor System design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); SolidWorks/Creo preferred
- Good understanding of material handling equipment and industrial standards
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and fabrication techniques
- Ability to read and prepare BOMs and technical documentation

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
