Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Payroll Management, ESIC, EPFO, statutory compliance, employee relations, recruitment, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing and salary administration.
- Handle ESIC and EPFO portal operations, including registrations, contributions, challans, and employee claims.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate recruitment activities and employee engagement programs.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and employee grievances.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR MIS data.
- Support performance management and training initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/MBA in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations and payroll management.
- Strong knowledge of ESIC, EPFO, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, or Corporate HR functions.
- Strong understanding of payroll processing and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR functions effectively.
