Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Job Summary
We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to manage patient interactions, appointments, counselling, follow-ups, and overall patient experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, empathy, strong coordination abilities, and a patient-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle patient enquiries and provide information on services, treatments, and tariffs.
- Counsel patients and their families regarding treatment plans.
- Manage appointments and therapist availability through the CRM.
- Track the patient journey from lead to consultation, treatment, discharge, and follow-up.
- Follow up with leads to improve the lead-to-session conversion ratio.
- Address and resolve patient concerns and complaints effectively.
- Ensure timely follow-up and delivery of assessment reports.
- Maintain accurate patient records, transactions, and daily data.
- Collect patient feedback and testimonials as per company guidelines.
- Coordinate with Sales and Clinical teams to enhance patient experience and conversion.
- Ensure a 30-minute TAT for responding to patient calls/enquiries.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to quality standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve patient satisfaction and service quality.
