- Lead end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other digital platforms to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, lead generation, and maximize ROAS while optimizing CAC.
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to enhance online visibility and sales.
- Own brand management and positioning by ensuring consistent brand communication, overseeing product launches, managing creative campaigns, and strengthening Veda Health Life's presence across digital and offline channels.
- Analyze marketing performance and consumer insights using tools such as Google Analytics, GTM, CRM platforms, and marketing dashboards to make data-driven decisions and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners including content, design, sales, product, agencies, and influencers to execute integrated marketing initiatives and achieve business objectives.
- Drive strategic growth initiatives and team leadership by managing marketing budgets, mentoring team members, identifying new acquisition channels, building partnerships, and presenting growth strategies and performance reports to senior management.
