About the Role:
KM Softwares is hiring a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Executive for international IT sales. The role involves lead generation, client communication, and closing deals for IT services in the US and European markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold emails, Upwork, and other outbound channels
- Connect with international clients and schedule meetings
- Promote IT services including Web Development, App Development, ERP/CRM, AI/ML, Cyber Security, Dedicated Developers, and Digital Marketing
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Required Skills:
- Previous experience in IT Sales or International Business Development
- Experience selling Website Development, Mobile App Development, Dedicated Developers, ERP/CRM Solutions, Custom Software, AI/ML, and Cyber Security services
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, Upwork, and Freelancer platforms
- Ability to handle and close deals independently
- Self-motivated and target-driven approach
Preferred:
- Experience handling USA/Europe clients
- Good proposal writing and pitching skills
