Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about our services.
- Follow up on leads and conduct cold calls to generate new sales opportunities.
- Clearly explain service features, benefits, and pricing to prospective clients.
- Record accurate information in CRM systems and maintain detailed records of all interactions.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize outreach strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in International Outbound sales representative or similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and persuasive telephone manner.
- Strong negotiation and convencing skill required.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
