Role: Team Lead – Sales
We are looking for experienced sales closers who can confidently conduct online meetings, understand client requirements, present Plotix services, and convert qualified prospects into paying clients.
Our Sales Associates will handle lead generation and appointment booking. Your role is to attend scheduled meetings via Google Meet or Zoom and close deals.
Your Responsibilities
- Attend qualified sales meetings booked by the Sales Associates.
- Conduct client meetings via Google Meet or Zoom.
- Understand client requirements and present Plotix solutions.
- Handle objections and negotiations professionally.
- Close deals and generate revenue.
- Coordinate with the sales team to maximize conversion rates.
- Maintain follow-up and client communication until closure.
Compensation StructureFixed Salary
₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Incentive
3% commission on every closed sale
Performance Requirement
- Minimum 3–5 closed sales during the first month (mandatory).
- Candidates who fail to achieve the minimum performance requirement may not continue beyond the probation period.
- High performers will have opportunities for rapid growth and higher earning potential.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales closing, business development, or high-ticket sales.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable conducting professional client meetings online.
- Excellent negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
