We are looking for a Tele caller to join our team and handle customer calls, follow-ups, and lead communication. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to confidently speak with customers over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
* Follow up on enquiries and leads.
* Explain products/services and provide basic information.
* Maintain records of calls, enquiries, and follow-ups.
* Coordinate with the sales team and schedule appointments when required.
* Handle customer queries professionally.
Requirements:
* Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
* Previous telecalling/customer service experience is preferred.
* Basic computer knowledge.
* Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
