Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller & Counsellor to handle inbound and outbound calls, explain IT courses/services, and convert leads into admissions/sales. The candidate should have strong communication skills and basic knowledge of IT courses or software training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide complete information about IT courses/services.
- Counsel students/clients regarding course selection based on their career goals.
- Follow up with interested candidates and maintain lead database.
- Achieve monthly admission/sales targets.
- Maintain proper records in Excel or CRM software.
- Coordinate with the operations/academic team for smooth onboarding.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the reporting manager.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English).
- Confident and persuasive speaking ability.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word).
- Ability to handle rejection and work on targets.
- Positive attitude and team player.
Qualification
- Graduate / Undergraduate (Any stream)
- Experience in Telecalling, Counselling, or Sales preferred.
Preferred
- Experience in IT training institute / EdTech / Software company.
- Knowledge of courses like Digital Marketing, Web Development, Data Analytics, etc.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
