Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer to manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, systems, and end-user support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining hardware and software, ensuring network stability, and supporting smooth IT operations across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Manage company email accounts, user access, and security permissions.
- Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain and monitor data backup systems and recovery processes.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies and best practices.
- Support CRM platforms and internal business applications.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, maintenance, and warranty support of IT assets.
- Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and system records.
- Assist in network administration and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in IT Support, System Administration, or Technical Support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking, and system troubleshooting.
- Experience managing office IT infrastructure and end-user support.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, DNS, DHCP, and basic network security concepts.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies and cloud platforms.
- Experience with IT asset management and helpdesk ticketing systems.
- Understanding of cybersecurity tools and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
