Key Responsibilities
· Search and identify relevant government and private tenders through tender portals.
· Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, and technical specifications.
· Prepare technical and commercial bid documentation according to tender requirements.
· Coordinate with internal teams (technical, finance, legal, management) for bid preparation.
· Ensure timely and accurate submission of tender documents.
· Maintain tender trackers and documentation records.
· Handle pre-bid queries and communications with tendering authorities.
· Support contract negotiation and documentation after tender award.
· Track tender results and maintain success ratio reports.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and tender regulations.
Required Skills
· Strong knowledge of tendering procedures and bid preparation
· Experience with government procurement portals
· Excellent documentation and attention to detail
· Strong communication and coordination skills
· Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously
· Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or related field.
Preferred Experience
· Experience handling government tenders
· Familiarity with e‑tendering systems and digital signatures
· Experience with large value bids or multi‑department coordination
